UC Davis Policy on Student Conduct and Discipline

It describes jurisdiction, informal and formal adjudication processes, hearing and appeal procedures, and sanctions.
UC Davis Code of Academic Conduct
Based on a long-standing tradition of honesty and integrity at the UC Davis campus, our Code of Academic Conduct is a modified honor code that places shared responsibility for upholding the academic integrity of our campus on students, faculty, and staff. It replaces a student-run honor code that existed at UC Davis until 1976.
